The PA-DELVA Vertical Mucilage Remover for Coffee was developed to mechanically remove the mucilage of the pulped coffee, with the minimum of water in the process, reducing the effects of water pollution.
The PA-DELVA Vertical Mucilage Remover for Coffee dismantles the coffee coming out directly from the pulper, without water, which must be drained in your inlet hopper.
A small volume of water is used during the process to aid in product output, as the machine has its own pump for transporting and distributing water.
The PA-DELVA Vertical Mucilage Remover for Coffee has a unique control and control system to remove the mucilage according to the desired and required percentage.
It has a self-cleaning system, where the coffee retained in the machine will be expelled to the cleaning tank, guaranteeing the production of quality coffees.
PA-DELVA demistributor does not require civil works for installation.
