DESCRIPTION

Ideal for application in grain warehouses, the system we present has a flow shut-off valve, providing repetitiveness in Big Bag weighing, standardizing and facilitating grain storage. The connectivity and logging options available in this type of system eliminate errors in manual processes, as the system can generate an electronic list of already filled Big Bags.

This system also allows the interlocking of levels of silos used in conjunction with the weighing system, which is optional. Standardization in the Big Bag weighing facilitates the Warehouse conference.

 

Big Bag weighing system:

- The PALINI & ALVES Big Bag weighing system is designed for grain weighing and is composed of single or double stage pneumatic flow valve, depending on the need of the application.

- To facilitate the operation, the system has a clamping clamp for the mouth of the Big Bag, semi-automatic, making the process of frame Big Bag more agile and safe for the operator. The tweezer system is actuated by a single touch after the Big Bag has been placed, reopening it only after it has been filled with the adjusted weight.

- Cart for removal of the Big Bag after weighing.

- Still as optional, the system provides for a device to push the cart with the Big Bag loaded, reducing the physical effort of the operator.

 

Available resources:

- The system provides easy connection to computer systems that can register, for example: number of Big Bag already loaded and their respective weights, totalize the number of bags of each batch of grains, or total day weights, etc.

- Each Big Bag loaded can be registered and soon after having the list printed, using the memory card (optional).

- The desired registers can still be loaded onto memory cards if the user does not have a cable structure for communication with computer systems, and can be downloaded directly to user's spreadsheets, or can be used as DataLoger (registers optional).
