DESCRIPTION

The bag closing machine, type MF-1 / A, is intended for the closure of bags from 20 to 60 kg, for jute, cotton, paper, plastic, polypropylene, etc. bags. Of extraordinary use to cereal farmers, sugar mills, cooperatives, rice mills, feed industries, fertilizers, coffee, chemical products and many other branches of activity, offering a remarkable economy of labor and time of service. Made with the most accurate technique of the genre and raw material of first quality, this machine has a very low maintenance cost. Its current stitching is perfect and resistant, guaranteeing a great safety and tranquility in the closure of the mouth of its bags. Equipped with metal conveyor belt and industrial sewing head, according to the pattern of bag to be sewn, in the models: FE -200, FE-202, FE-204-1 and FE-205, the best existing in the market, result of many years of research and technical improvement.

Operation - Its operation is simple and can be operated by one person. The conveyor belt drives the bag to the sewing head. The conveyor belt and the sewing head are easily controlled by a two-stage operator-operated pedal. The 1st stage activates the treadmill and the 2nd stage synchronizes the treadmill and the treadmill. The height of the head in relation to the treadmill can be adjusted by means of simple turns of the steering wheel located at the top of the column, thus allowing to close bags from 450 to 840mm in height
