The Coffee Mechanical Washer/Separator PA-LAV was developed with the aim of increasing processing capacity with a proportional increase in separation efficiency.
The PA-LAV washer, in addition to washing the coffee, removes leaves, stems, soil, stones and other impurities; separating also the "buoys" (dry) coffees of the "cherry" coffees (green and ripe).
The coffee to be processed first passes through a play spout (optional) that performs the pre-cleaning, eliminating impurities larger and smaller than the coffee beans. After pre-cleaning, the coffee goes to the Washer, enters the separator box, which operates by floating in water, separating by density. The coffees and stones leave separated and washed by the distinct outlets in front of the machine.
The vibrating system of the outlet spouts provides the total drainage of the water, and thus low water consumption in the processing.
In addition to the traditional (standard) models, the PA-LAV washer is also offered with the PA-ABA/B shaker, increasing the pre-cleaning efficiency of mechanically harvested coffee, where leaves and light impurities are sucked and eliminated out of the pre-cleaning.
Optional: driven by electric motor or by tractor.
