PNEUMATIC SYSTEM TO LOAD CONTAINERS WITH BULK COFFEE

DESCRIPTION

Decrease the use of bag loaders: the equivalent of 350 or 360 bags of 60 kg of coffee per container is placed, instead of loading 250 conventional bags. This represents national (Santos/Warehouse) and international freights (Santos/Destination) cheaper per tonne exported.

The coffee in bulk dispenses the jute bags that have a cost to the exporter. The importer each day gives more preference to receiving bulk coffee by reducing the use of labor in the discharge of the product, and especially the load of a container of 20 feet with 21 tons (about 360 bags) takes approximately 20 minutes.

Palini & Alves supplies the bulk coffee loading system in 20-foot containers in options specially designed to meet the needs of each exporter. The system can be pneumatic or by means of conveyor belts. The pneumatic system can be static or mobile. The static system carries containers on trucks in a given position. The mobile system can move sideways, to load one container after another, and vertically, to load containers located on the floor or on trucks.
