PA-POLCA

DESCRIPTION

The PA-POLCA coffee polisher was developed with the intention of crunching naturally processed (coconut coffee) or wet (coffee washed and peeled cherry) coffees. It has the most current development in polishing cylinders. The new roller that equips the polisher PA-POLCA allows the most efficient friction between the coffee beans, thus resulting in the polishing, with the lowest possibility of damages caused by mechanical contact.

The rotor contained by the perforated sieve cylinder has conveyor rods that can be easily changed for maintenance. All service of maintenance of the machine is summarized in the exchange of conduction bars and in the external perforated sieve. The machine has been specially designed to allow these exchanges to be made quickly and without obstacles. The polishing chamber where the cylinder is located is extra large so as to allow easy manual access.

The machine has simple operation settings: (1) input volume adjustment with load display, (2) air pressure settings for the in-process dust extraction, and (3) air pressure for dust extraction at the polished product outlet. The air pressure settings also have transparent displays for easy adjustment. Further adjustments are presented in the operating manual and refer to machine cleaning.
